"Nice condo. Pictures weren't exact to the furniture that was there. Super spacious for our group of 12. Lots of things weren't clean. The general stuff that needed to be clean was but there were lots of things that weren't, like the stairs leading to the second floor inside the condo were covered in hair, dust, and sand (interior stairs). Pool was nice and big enough for our kid. Parking garage was tight but worked. Proximity to the beach was awesome. Loved the little balcony alcove areas each condo had for parking the beach wagons and setting out the beach chairs. I'd come back."

"Stay away from this condo (204) at all costs! My family and I had an absolutely horrendous experience during our stay. The level of neglect and filth we encountered was beyond belief. First, the showers were infested with mold. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. We felt like we were risking our health just by stepping foot in there. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance was truly appalling. Not only that, but the drying machine and dishwasher were covered in rust. It was clear that these appliances had not been properly cared for or replaced in a long time. Who wants to use rusty appliances? It's a breeding ground for bacteria and completely unsanitary. The ceiling fans were caked with layers of dust, indicating that no one had bothered to clean them in ages. Breathing in that dusty air was a nightmare, and we had to endure it throughout our entire stay. The lack of basic cleanliness is simply unacceptable. To top it all off, the floors were filthy and left our feet completely black. It was as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. Walking barefoot in the condo was out of the question, and we constantly had to wear shoes just to avoid the disgusting grime. This level of dirtiness is utterly revolting. And let's not forget about the gnat infestation. We were constantly swarmed by these annoying pests. It was impossible to enjoy any meal or relax in the condo without being bombarded by these pesky insects. It's clear that the property has serious hygiene and maintenance issues. Overall, our experience at this condo was an absolute nightmare. The moldy showers, rusty appliances, dusty ceiling fans, filthy floors, and gnat infestation made our stay unbearable. I urge everyone to steer clear of this condo. It's evident that the owners have no regard for the well-being and comfort of their tenants. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay. This place is a complete disgrace!"

"Booked unit 407 for family vacation with 12 people. Had to leave after 24 hours due to bedbug infestation in one of the room. My daughter woke me up at 2am to tell me bugs were crawling on her. If that wasn’t bad enough, the place was filthy. Crumbs and empty cookie packages in kitchen cabinets. Dirt covered walls. Blood stains on furniture. Ruined items due to sink leak. Booked through VRBO and was unable to leave review because we left before checkout date. Was refunded money but had to spend additional $3000 for another last minute place to stay. Very disappointed."
