I have wasted months being strung along with nothing at all to show for it. They’re lower than any other people in professional roles I’ve ever come across. I’m raising my concerns now. "Absolute worst attorney one could have. I was incarcerated for a couple of court dates. So instead of allowing the court to know, he let me get 2 Fta's. I've been out of jail for 2 months now and called him daily and now at least weekly, yet Juwan Seegers puts no interest in getting them stricken. I'd gladly turn myself in and pay the bond for the charges that are more or less legit, but not these fta's. That's an automatic $5k that I don't have to pay to bond myself out. On top of it all, he's been "working on it" for 5 months. 5 whole months and he has yet to get those warrants stricken? I was locked up and wasn't take. To court so I couldn't have showed up. He could have it stricken in a matter of min. Yet he doesn't seem to care about me.he returns NO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. He hasn't spoken 2 words to me since he was appointed my attorney. I am going to seek him to be departed. I am guaranteed the same privileges whether paid or not and the same time and efforts. All of which I've been denied. So save your money and find a lawyer who actually cares for their clients.."

"Hired Mr. Seegar back in February to take my case. Literally ran him down outside of the courthouse. He said he would take care of it. After that day I didn’t hear from Mr.Seegar ever again. My case didn’t actually go to court until October, he moved my court date at least 5 times. Every single time I asked for an update I had to call and get an update. They never called or emailed me ever. I need seen customer service like this in my life. Last month I had to call again(his receptionist) to get an update and they told me my case was done, I then asked when were they going to tell me it was. She had no answer. So I asked for Mr. Seegar to give me a call back as soon as possible. It took me calling back 3 times for him to call me back and today I just found out I spoke with Mr. Townsend not Mr.Seegar. So I spoke with Mr Townsend and he said he’s going to get the court to relook at my case. Just a traffic ticket so I thought it would be quick, he said he had court on Friday, it was Tuesday so again I assumed we would have an answer by Monday. Didn’t hear from him, so I called back and I been calling almost every week and asking for him to call me back and he still didn’t call me. So last week I get a letter and email stating my license was going to be suspended, if they don’t receive my payment. I’m confused because I never received anything from Mr. Seegar on court cost. I called again and sent a email and he was supposed call me back and still nothing. I found out today they put a late charge on my court fees for $50 dollars. So I called today and spoke with his receptionist and again she said he will give me a call. At this point I don’t believe anything she’s saying so she said he has court today, I told her I was going to just meet him there and she said she will let him know. I drive 30 minutes to the Concord Courthouse and then I Call her back to let her know I was here and she doesn’t answer the phone. I called 7 times before I went into the courthouse and looked in every courthouse. I spoke with an officer there and she said she hasn’t seen Mr. Seegar today. Then I walk over to his practice and he’s not there either. This is by far the worst worst worst legal practice around. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Didn’t even offer to pay the $50 dollar late fee for the inconvenience."
