"Not open 24 hours. 2 workers inside with door locked. Just looked at me and turned away."
"I work nearby with a handful of other people. This would be our go to for breakfast lunch and gas. Unfortunately food is non existent here. Is it that hard to make a pizza? Disappointed over and over. I'm giving up on this place if they can't get the food together. Shame."
"Gas pumps do not work correctly. I wasted approximately a half of gallon of gas due to this. Also there was no paper to print a receipt at the pump. It's important daily and preventive maintenance!"
"This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Got several items that were clearly marked with signs for price. When they rang up wrong I told the cashier. She got a nasty attitude and walked away to say I’m not dealing with this. The other woman tried to be a smart an and go pick up a sign to show me price then asked if I could read. I asked her if she could read and showed her both of the signs with prices clearly marked exactly what I said in the beginning. Also picked up the large box that was labeled (several of the mix and match 2 for 6 still in same place and 50+ beef jerky in box with large sign for $1 labeled on box) The girl with red hair and piercings everywhere tried to embarrass me in front of other customers. I showed her she was wrong and then left. There are plenty other gas stations that want to make money. Do not stop here to waste it go where you’re appreciated."
"7:30 am and 25 people in line and just one cashier.people are walking out. This place has gone to hell in the last 60 days. It used to be great. Now only Shanel and Gina are left of the original crew. It all started with the single brew coffee maker machines. No management on duty during critical times. 10/31/18 Management on hand some now. I want this store to succeed. 1) Coffee machines are too close together. That makes one unuseable when the other 3 are in use. 2) Single brew machines MAY provide marginally better coffee, but, significantly slow the rate of production. 3) Stock the coffee bar before rush hour, not during. 4) Pay attention to gas pumps. Why are there some not functioning? Likewise the card readers. 5) Employee morale is low. I know, because I asked. 6) When the crowd is unmanageable, IMO, you should direct customers who only are trying to purchase single coffees/refills to enjoy one on the house. I have seen this work to the house's advantage before."
