"this experience was almost a year ago so they may have changed their practices, but it still should be said. i came here trying to get my septum pierced. i laid down and asked my piercer a few questions. she dismissed me and asked me if i had second thoughts just because i wanted to make sure she knew what she was doing. she started to pierce, no clamps no nothing. it hurt like HELL. absolute searing burning suffering. she then took the needle OUT and tried to put the jewelry into the wound. after struggling for around 10 minutes she got it in, it was too low and crooked. i left and got a refund. my nose was POURING blood for hours afterwards, the pain lasting for months. i’ve never been to a place that degraded me and downplayed my pain as much as this one. i went to another piercer to get my septum and everything went fine. he said he could see the scar the last piercer left me and that she had went through the cartilage. the second time did not hurt at ALL. hope y’all’s practices have changed. be kind to your clients and listen to their concerns please! questions are normal!"
