I was very nervous, I got two piercings, a navel and a helix, and it is the first piercing I've gotten as an adult (two lobes as an infant). She talked me through the process and was very calm, which helped me immensely. She was thorough with aftercare procedure, very welcoming and knowledgeable with every question I asked, and was accommodating with any future questions I may have. The space was adorable, clean, and was such a safe space. I brought a friend for moral support who was able to stand in the doorway outside of the piercing room. Jenni put me at ease and made the entire process very comfortable. Her recommendations of my piercing placements were top-tier consultations. I will definitely be going back to support her business, when I decide to get second lobe piercings. 20 out of 10 will recommend."
