"Having worked with this firm to create multiple LLC's, I figured that when I called to ask if they could help me create a new LLC, they would treat me as an current client and not "nickel and dime" me. But after speaking with a fmr employee, I should have not been surprised, b/c I was told that they have tried to not pay employees appropriately in the past. I must say that even in past dealings with this firm, I should have been wary, b/c every time we previously saw someone from this firm, there was an arrogance by them that there is an expectation that we go out of our way to have them perform "contract reviews", which I found VERY much focused on increasing their billable time, NOT providing value. When I pushed back, I was sent emails stating how they feel they have provided me "consultation", which was very wrong. Why would they need to consult me on opening another LLC, as I already have opened one with them????? Actually, when we first approached this firm about creating an LLC, we were basically "scared" into working with them, b/c they painted a picture of gloom and doom. What they were doing is trying to line their own pockets. Additionally, they expected me to to add on additional services that I had NOT requested. Again another way to get more money out of an client. Last but not least, they reuse old contracts and simply put your company name in the document. How do I know??? B/c when we asked for something to be created, we reviewed their deliverable and found another companies name in the document. In my opinion, there are probably a lot of other lawyers around town that bill you in a timely manner, don't bill you for a quick question, or are quick to respond."

Later when I engaged with them for business I realized that they could offer me the skills and experience of a big firm, but the personalized service of a small firm. Bravo!"
