"This place is a joke, for the price that they charge. Everything in there needs to be upgraded. The oldest place I have sceen in years.They did not give any services and is a very nasty place, because they do not clean.you have to ask for Soaps, and towels, to take a bath. The manager Lindsey Johnson, has a nasty attitude. She should not be addressing any issues.The Breakfast SUCKS all they gave was eggs and biscuits. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE My daughter is missing her Airpods it was last sceen in the room and when we got back it was missing. Be aware of the pictures you see on there website it's false advertising. I rate this place as a 1.WOULD NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE IN THAT MOTEL."

"All in all it was good place. Two for the hot tubs didn't work, one bedrooms TV didn't work, one bathroom didn't have hot water, a lamp wouldn't turn off, the dishwasher leaked, doors were hard to lock and with it being on a main corner you heard traffic all night long. Bed was comfy and a bear visited the dumpster so that was pretty cool!"

"First time to Gatlinburg and we had a great time. This place was awesome video games pool table, 3 hot tubs, fire pit, movie theater."

"We had a really good time here. Even a close bear encounter, who moved on since it couldn't get into the trash. Not perfect, but they did respond to critical items. Unlike a previous review - some of us found areas too cold. Thermostat set to 70, and current temp at 64 on the lower level. but that was ok. And some loved that temp. Main floor seemed dirty, or at least people's feet were really dirty by walking in it. And pool table is still broken on one side. But we had a great time in the main room and around the fire pit."

"The video machines did not work, the sound on the TV did not work, one of the oven doors was missing, no extra towels, no means to call concierge, one refrigerator door would not close and seal, one of the washing machines did not work, dirty sheets, dingy sheets, upstairs bedrooms were extremely warm with the ceiling and the ironing board was broke. NOT worth the money charged and paid"
