"Not recommended for real estate closing. Give them information and they ask for it again. They were supposed to overnight a check, just put it in the mail instead. Many instances such as these. The final insult is that they were supposed to wire an IRS tax payment, they UPS'd it to a closed IRS office (due to Covid). The IRS rep gave them specific instructions how to wire it and it still got kicked back, so she had them overnight it to the Kansas City office, which is way backed up due to Covid. Five weeks, it still has not posted to my account. The IRS agent said that she has never seen a closing agent have trouble with a wire payment."

"Warning don't uses John Clements an attorney with Mcnaught and Clements. We 're new to the area and in process of buying a home. our realtor choose to work with this attorney and it's been one problem after another. Our closing date has been changed twice and now they can't get a hold of the attorney to even finish the paper work. It's been a nightmare and we have no idea when we'll get to close and move into our new home. All because his incompetence, extremely poor through an total lack of concern for his clients. If we experienced these kinds of problems I feel sorry for his other clients."

"Basic real estate closing (conventional loan) took over 1.5 hours, attorney kept leaving room unannounced with no explanation, eventually attorney explained it was a clerical error on their part. This error could/should have been addressed prior to us arriving, as they had simply entered wrong amount for property taxes. Closing attorney kept referencing a “huge commercial deal that might fall through” and kept making it abundantly clear we were nowhere near his top priority as we twiddled our thumbs in the conference room waiting for him to return. Would never recommend them to anyone. Poor client service, poor attention to deal, sloppy execution."

"DO NOT USE!! I did not choose this firm for my clients, the buyers agent did. Closing was pushed 3 months due to the attorneys side, we get to closing to have to make multiple changes to closing disclosure. I take the closing disclosure to my office to review and the address is wrong!! I have tried calling Darlene for a week now to fix it and she still has not done it. Needless to say I will never recommend this company and will turn all agents away from this company!"
