The office staff was rude to both parties. Communication and professionalism to both parties were both nonexistent. Run, don’t walk to another lawyer if you have any notion of using this firm."

"10/06/21 (3:58pm) Called the office today to make an appointment for an urgent issue with a very tight deadline. Unfortunately paperwork was just received yesterday and the deadline is a few weeks away. Whomever the lady was that answered was not very professional, was short in her responses and did not care to "listen" to what was needed. The only thing she wanted to keep stating was how busy Alton's schedule is and that we could not see/speak with him. All of that is okay, but the "delivery" of the information was very unwelcoming. I have worked with Alton before and he is not like this. It is a shame that the staff answering the phones don't have the same politeness that he does."
