This firm is unprofessional, Candace Shepard sat at the end of her little conference room and lied about a third party FIRPTA solutions trying to contact me for weeks prior to closing. When I spoke to them directly they had only gotten my information the week of closing at which time I was contacted the night prior to close. Shepard was rude, dismissive, condescending and unkind. She lacks tact and ability to collaborate with clients. I suppose in this case as a foreigner I did not have a closing attorney and so my realtor sought one out nearby however would like to warn anyone looking against using this firm. This is a business like anything else, she’s not doing any favors. She is paid well to do a job. What a disgusting experience!"
