"I was the victim of Felony AWDW, and Felony hit/run on Jan 28th 2024. I was literally hit by a road rage driver that left me laying on the ground. I went to the hospital by ambulance and was treated horribly. I even received another person's arm band the hospital put on me. I called Morgan an Morgan and they apparently don't have someone or a office close enough to handle this. I live in Hendersonville NC and they claim to work in NC. This law firm is a complete joke. DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING THEM."

"Extremely unprofessional and rude intake process. Don't waste your time with a company that can't be bothered to take you seriously enough to speak with you during the intake process. Their intake personnel hardly "speak" English, never mind read the script that they bumble through. Hey Morgan and Morgan, I can guarantee you 100% success in retaining clients who call! Then I won't even need disability help! I speak fluent English, and need no script to get someone's name! Not to mention I'm polite to prospective customers. Seriously the worst initial contact I've ever had with ANY business."

"Extremely unprofessional. I spoke with one of their intake receptionists about potentially taking a case. The guy I spoke with (I think his name was Javier) laughed the whole time I was talking to him and joked around with someone in the background. I was talking to him about pretty serious and heavy topics and all he could do was laugh. After they declined to take my case, they then proceeded to spam my email with ads for their business. Terrible, terrible company."

"They say no claim too small. That's a false statement. I got the we can't help you so then they sent me to another firm to only answer all the questions again to be reject and get the best of luck to ya! I have been suffering for almost a year and they don't care. The deciding factor was their bottom dollar and that's it. How much can we get...avoid them if you have a smaller claim."

"This is the most negligent law firm I’ve dealt with in a long time. I hired them after my husband and I were hit by a car in Greenville, sc. That was a month ago. The firm was hired same day. Still have not met with the attorney. Can’t get him to respond to calls or emails. The case manager could care less about getting the attorney to call or communicate with me. Every day that goes by my case gets more screwed up and it’s not like any of these people are going to be held accountable. Who would do that? John Morgan? He’s busy feeding the firms clients a sob story about his brother and some terrible attorney and how he’s here to help people. It’s not the first time I’ve seen a Morgan and Morgan attorney drop the ball and get off with zero accountability. The entire law firm is set up to be a bunch of ambulance chasers that drop the ball. Meanwhile, my husband was seriously hurt and so was I and our case file is being used to prop up a table with a short leg. If you hire this firm you better be dying. Otherwise just get in line for them to screw up your case and not think twice about it. I’m having to get a new attorney for us because no one at this firm cares about their own negligence. Growing up in Miami my entire life, I thought I’d met the sleepiest in the industry. I was wrong. John Morgan has created a firm of the sleepiest attorneys out there and they are here to screw you, your claim, and your loved ones. It really is the McDonald’s of ambulance chasers. This is what I get for going with name recognition and ignoring my instincts. Have another drink John, the example you set for your firm has trickled down to the people under you and how they treat the people that are dumb enough to trust and hire your firm."
