"I called this Law Firm on November 13th 2023 with the intent to be taken in as a new client. Maegan answered the phone when I initially called and she was helpful. She took my information down and had me email my paperwork to be reviewed. Her directions were that I’d be expecting a phone call back for next steps and further consultation in person. I made sure to state to there was a 30-day window for response on this documentation. After not hearing back I decided to call today, November 17th, 2023, again, Maegan answered and she remembered me after explaining that I had been expecting a call back from them. She said that she thinks she had taken my phone number wrong after attempting to call me and not hearing back. I questioned why she couldn’t have emailed me back to request a correct phone number if that was the case. She then explained that unfortunately they were not taking new clients. Again, I asked why she didn’t email me. She said these things are done over the phone. I told her that in the future if this is the case with another client, she should probably email them if she thinks she wrote down the wrong number especially if there are two means of communication between the parties. I’m sure this is a great law firm to work with but the lack of urgency to contact me again knowing they are not currently accepting new clients and after requesting paperwork from me really doesn’t make sense."
