"Gritty Roots Designs (GRD) and Brendan Faller came to me from a long time friend's recommendation. I had looked for over 6 months for someone local to build rustic italian design tables for my new home. GRD and I are about 5 hours apart, so all communication was done by email. Pictures sent, drawings back and forth, colors, ideas, look and feel all described by sample sketches and ideas in my own head. Well, Brendan NAILED IT! From the rustic boards to the dimensional color tone to the metal hardware...these tables were everything I dreamed them to be. They are HEAVY and solid and will last longer than my own life. The best part is that they are hand made from someone that I have a sentimental connection to and I will always cherish the memories of how the tables came into my home. My concept was bar height 42 inches rough finish 6ft x 8ft in size. The boards have knots and look used. Every day I look at them and am thrilled I was able to work with GRD and Brendan."
