She tried to convince me student loans are NEVER discharged in bankruptcy despite research I've done about Chapter 13 stating otherwise. Tried to convince me there would only be a six-month effect on me filing Chapter 7 and that my credit would be much better after that six month period. I'm more than aware that bankruptcy can be a stain your credit for up to a decade and I don't appreciate the false promises and cruddy salesman act. I cannot believe how negative my short experience with this office was."
