She was very friendly, very knowledgeable in what she was doing and in providing the after-care instructions. We overall had a good experience while there"

"Do not recommend! My daughter got her ears pierced here by a black women who had an very unwelcoming attitude. She’s mostly there in the mornings/afternoon. She had her ear pierced before but they closed. I told her to go back in the same holes. She did with one and it healed fine, but she missed the other hole and caused it to not heal properly. She got her ears pierced in august and here I am in November still trying to heal the ear she messed up on. I went back to her an explain my concern this b*%#^ act like she didn’t care. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!"
