"I wouldn’t have given any stars if allowed!! After initial consult with Heather regarding my divorce, I was told it would be a simple divorce and wouldn’t use the whole 5k retainer fee! Briefly will explain that I was left in total dark and on the back burner for 6+ months. I had to constantly ask questions to get any information pertaining to the whole process. After this going on for months, I did become frustrated and explained that to Heather. I was then informed she was DROPPING me as a client, she used up the WHOLE $5,000 retainer fee, and billing me an extra $600 and I still haven’t gotten my divorce!!!! Beware….total rip off!!!!"
