The new manager never smiles and never makes me feel important, and always seems annoyed he has to work with people."

"This location should receive 0 stars but I have to at least give them a 1 star to post this! This location has the worst customer service starting from the branch manager! I advised the manager to put me in a car that would be covered under my insurance and he told me everything would be covered. Two months later I received a bill from Enterprise saying I owe them because there was a price difference. Customer service told me the branch would fix it so went in and instead of the manager helping he accused me of being wrong and that it wasn’t his fault because he didn’t send the email. Had he switched me to a car that was covered we wouldn’t be here!! As an emerald member who has been renting from Enterprise for over 10 years this was the worst experience ever!! I hope corporate does something about this!!"

"We rented a car for a Thanksgiving trip. We've rented from this location before and have never had a problem. Vehicle was a standard SUV. After picking up the vehicle we drove it home and loaded it up. The next morning we left. What we discovered when we got on the highway was that the brakes were a bit funny. Vehicle also had issues reporting low tire pressure errors when the tires were properly inflated. Things happen. Whats key is how these issues are handled and Enterprise got things square for us. I'll be going back there the next time we need a rental."

"I was in an accident over the weekend and my insurance company was able to secure me a rental at this location the same day an agent even looked at my claim. When I arrived, I was greeted by smiling employees and fast service. They got me into a beautiful 2022 Toyota Corolla. The car is very clean on the inside and they even included a courtesy bleach wipe. Paperwork was minimal and the process was painless. An enterprise agent walked around the car with me, taking notes on pre-existing scratches on the paint so I won't get dinged on them when I return the rental. I highly recommend this location if you need a rental car. They will take care of you."
