"Very decent apartments. Ours was a bit dirty upon move in which was not great. I definitely recommend AVOIDING any first floor units as I have seen one that was completely flooded after heavy rains and water is often pooled on the floors outside units. Management is nice and very responsive. Grounds are kept clean as are amenities. I have not seen any issues with pests or rodents (we live on the 3rd floor)."

The Maintenance was also welcoming and I don't remember the other gentleman's name or title, I must say Brea Wendell Falls N.C Is Spectacular Living Greatly appreciated the Tour."
