"I would like to share my families experience with Braxton Price over the last 11 years. We are a farming family in Duplin County. In July 2012 my mom and dad asked Braxton to create an LLC to organize their farming operations to include my brother, sister and me. Without the Trust, it would have easily taken a year or more to close the estate. With the Trust, the estate was completely closed in several months without having to tell the court anything. It could not have been easier. The Trust removed so much work and stress from a painful period that we all will experience. My wife and I have just completed forming our Trust so our kids can get everything we have without probate, surprise taxes, uncertainty, and the stress that comes with it.
