"I came through the drive through and I always ask for my food hot and fresh and my chicken CRISPY and I tell them I don’t mind waiting for FRESH food and the lady at the window (today) cause normally it’s not an issue. Told me they don’t cook food to orders and don’t do any modifications. All I asked was my food fresh and chicken crispy. Of course it comes out SOGGY and COLD because people don’t care to do their jobs anymore!"
