"A good and honest lawyer. Did the closing for the Motel I bought from his client."
"Even with all the information given to him he just got paid for getting paid was not qualified for the job didn't want to listen to my information though he charged me for every min he claimed to be listening told me he quit their was nothing he could do and gave me his biggest bill after he quit like he was stil on the job on his way out of town every big bill was followed by a trip left my property worse than before he took the case as I said not quified for property law"
"This is my dad's office, but I'd still recommend him even if he wasn't my dad. I've worked for and with other attorneys, and am an attorney now myself, so when I recommend him it's based on his professional abilities. He's been an attorney for over 40 years now, and has worked diligently over the years to serve his clients and his community."
"I don't feel that I would recommend Mr. Price, based on my experience regarding the settlement of my uncle's estate. My uncle passed in May, 2014, I believe. I received my final check a couple of weeks ago (currently November, 2016). Mr. Price followed a collectorship method, though there was real estate involved; I have heard that method is not typically used when real estate is involved. The heirs received a couple of corrections to the letter of calculations for proportions, but he did eventually settle on the correct percentages for us. The costs seemed high to me, compared to the rates charged by another Lumberton attorney who assisted me on a similarly sized estate a couple of years ago; Mr Price's fees were more than triple what I had paid, but each estate is probably different for activities to be done. Still, it seemed high to me."
