"Update 11/28/2023: The owner is full of lies and everything she says is just a scam and a lie. They do not fulfill a function in our community. They offer no benefit. Scammers! Try to charge all kinds of fees for nothing. Horrible management team. They don't work with customers at all. Not caring, harsh and selfish. Update! 1/10/2023 They harass members of the communities they manage for no reason. Example: Emails telling you to remove Christmas decorations when you have already done so weeks previously. They are stuck back in the 80's technology wise as well. I would not move in to a community managed by this company."
