"I have been trying to reach Stephanie for months. She’s either never in the office or never returns my emails. Specifically. since Aug. 25, 2023, I have been calling the office almost every other day. I sent in the document requested via email and was supposed to get a document back in return ti fill out…..haven’t received it yet!! I have been leaving messages, explaining my reason for contact each time, told that I’d get a call back…..NOTHING! Finally on today, Stephanie answered and was not friendly. Didn’t even speak after I said hello and introduced myself as if she’s annoyed by my call about MY money. She basically said bc my situation is over a year old, my business was not as relevant as the active cases. Never apologetic for the lack of communication or anything. I’ve never felt so invaluable as a client of anyone as I have of this law firm, specifically Stephanie. The receptionists were nice and apologetic that I had not received a call back. Not even an email. I would not recommend this firm to anyone based off my months of experience with Stephanie!"
