"I was referred to Nate Pierce from another attorney that I used with Mortan and Getty. I spoke with him in person and he explained my Situation to me a little bit clearer. I did everything that was asked of me because he said I had a case. I gathered everything and he said it would be 30,000.00-40,000.00 to pursue the case because it may take up to 18 months to resolve in litigation. I told him I wasn’t greedy but I just wanted to do what was best. He seemed as if things were in my favor. So I waited and let him handle things. As time went on and was at the 6 month range he said that the other party wasn’t willing to negotiate with me. He didn’t seem to fight much as he felt that the attorney he was against was way more backed and experienced in that situation. I kept reaching out for updates and got automated emails that say he’s not in the office for days that had passed. All I wanted was for him to communicate with me. Again he worked for me but it seems like I was doing too much work just to try to get in touch with him. Would not recommend using him if you need someone to be prompt and keeping you informed on what’s going on and how things were going. Very disappointed in the services I received for the cost I paid for the services. I could have easily done everything myself if I would have known I was gonna pay thousands of dollars for what little has been done for me. Again I had a wonderful experience with another attorney prior to this experience so if you guys want a awesome probate attorney check out Heath Myers. He is outstanding and communicates with his clients. This way there is never anything left unanswered."

"If you or anyone you know are looking for a child custody/support lawyer look no further than Michael Smith with Morton Gettys! I was served papers in early of 2020 by an aggressive man on a motorcycle at 9 pm. It was a pretty scary experience; I almost didn't open the door. After searching through some not so great firms, I found the most amazing firm and attorney. My attorney, Michael Smith and his Paralegal, Michele, with Morton and Gettys are nothing short of amazing. When I first met Michael, my first impression was - wow, he takes this seriously and he takes his time! "I myself don't have a personal injury case. I would love to hear from anyone that has had a case with them. How long does it take for you to see progress? Do you have cases that are held up because of covid? A person I'm trying to help has a lawyer with M&G. Her case has been going on since 2017. I'm not saying M&G has had her case in their hands that long. My friend said Courtney was her first lawyer but she moved. Her case was then given to M&G from what I understand. I will say that they are helping her without her having to pay."
