"So helpful with the closing of our home!!!!!"
"I engaged Trimnal and Myers for the home closing process. Subsequently, I uncovered discrepancies in the sellers' disclosure regarding roof leaks. Unfortunately, my attempts to seek assistance from Trimnal and Myers have been met with complete unresponsiveness. It appears as though they are aware of the sellers' lack of honesty and are reluctant to provide support to a paying client. Despite my requests, they have refused to furnish the sellers' mailing address. Attached is a photograph from a neighbor, illustrating that the sellers had a tarped roof before selling the property. They had also were not honest about the amount of time the house was unoccupied."
"Went in unexpected and a week later. All on me, but still took me in and sat with me to go through my papers. The parking lot was full so I'm very surprised they took the time to go out of their way to take me in. So far I have no complaints and would recommend them for your legal affairs."
"I had called the Indian Land office twice within two weeks to schedule a consultation for estate planning. I was twice told a "Lindsey" would call me back. I never received a call back. This is a shame as they are conveniently located to me and their website does show a semblance of professionalism. However, Trimnal & Myers apparently doesn't need my business."
