"We had use Mr Winder previously on another case.He did a very good job.Recently we retained him for another case and to say we are disappointed in his work would be putting it mildly. I actually have gotten more good advice from Legal Aid in Cleveland (they answer the phone) very disappointed in this case would never recommend this firm. Update: Since my review his secretary called my daughter. Told her she had to take down my review or he would quit. She would not do that. He quit take the retainer and not doing anything on her case. His secretary screams tries to intimidated her. Hiring him was more stressful than the father not paying child support for 3 years. Do not recommend at all. Unethical unprofessional and rude."

"Receptionist was extremely rude AND hung up on me. I was asking questions on FROR and what TN laws were like. She refused to “answer” me on it. Said the lawyer will not advise us (divorce w/2 minors). We have everything agreed to BUT FROR. Instead of allowing me to explain the entire situation, she just told me he can’t and won’t do that… it was a consult to learn what the laws were in TN regarding children and divorce. Don’t recommend."
