"We just purchased a nearly 3-acre lot in North Carolina. Ty was amazing to work with during this process. Ty responded to emails and texts quickly and thoughtfully. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer our questions. He listened to our wants and found us several lots that would be suitable for us. He emailed the plats to us before we met so that we could see the layouts of each of the lots. We met with him (after driving 6.5 hours!) and he showed us each lot. Ty didn't rush us along and gave my family space to discuss what we wanted and which of the lots met those wants. We knew that the lot we saw close to the end was "our lot", but we wanted to see the last lot anyway. Ty didn't argue or rebuff. He helped us along, provided us with his opinion and advice (because we asked him), and ultimately, purchased a very nice lot for us to place our dream home. Ty was kind, thoughtful, and knowledgable throughout the process. I can't speak for the liquidation sales, but I would fully recommend Ty at Compass Land & Real Estate for a land purchase."

"From start to finish my advisor Wayne was Great and very knowledgeable of the info on the property being sold, He appeared to be truly concerned about my wants and needs. After purchase he explained all that he was doing in the paper work and what to expect in the days to come do to the fax I was from another state. He also gave me his personal cel phone number just in case I had questions at a later date, He gave the property owner/sellers cell phone number in case I needed with questions which I did.
