"Experience thus far has been quite bad. They have not listened to our needs and concerns at all. We've had maintenance issues since day 1 that have still not been addressed. They'll skyrocket your rent and try to justify it with menial things. When presented with logic and reason, they reply with "because we said so". Look elsewhere for a rental property if this management company is involved."

"I am currently a tenant. Been one since November of 2021. Living in this home is a complete mess!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY. They charge you on everything. Pest control is added to rent and charged every month but they only come every 3 months IF YOU CALL! If something is wrong with an item in the house and it is out of warranty, you have to pay for it! This company is a joke. They make you do several applications and then state "They sent the wrong link" just to have you do more applications. This company does not care about you. Please do not waste your time, energy or money."

"This whole moving process has been nerve-wracking. From trying to email to calling to reach someone directly with my questions and concerns to never having anyone available is just insane. The owner needs to do better. Why have a company if renter's needs aren't met? Im so glad I didn't waste my money on an application fee. It wouldn't have been worth the headache. Be more professional and actually access needs of your current and future tenants. I would not recommend them. You will waste your time."

"The property ( through our FT visit) was very spacious& everything was new!I liked the two levels and the fact the products, including stair rail were nice quality! It offered a lot of room & ample storage areas( including an attic) it is close to shopping,& it is affordable. We were very pleased with the great customer service provided. Tangy was always so helpful, attentive, kind & informative. It was obvious that she values her job & it was apparent that she was very good at it! She returned calls quickly, & always had answers to our questions. If not, she politely returned with the answers. Thank you Tangy! Lou & Lore C"
