"This was not at all what I expected. Hired Bree to write a demand letter prior to filing a lawsuit. After the details were finalized she never sent the letter when we gave the go ahead. Waited seven weeks and nothing. Failure to perform what she was hired to do. In her defense she did have an accident but that happened several weeks after we gave the go ahead to send the letter. It doesn’t take much to say hey assistant send that letter that’s ready to go. Very disappointing. Was hoping for better. Would not recommend"
