"My attorney was William Hutchinson. I should have known that he was less than professional after he forwarded the emails he sent to the adjuster. No punctuation, misspelled words, subject and predicate mismatch, plurals mismatch. That was the start. Then after the insurance company (Amica) refused to hand over a settlement, even though their driver broke 3 traffic laws and caused the accident, my attorney seemed to lose interest. Then after several calls and his promise to call me back then finally did after 2 months and me calling him back they were going to file suit. My 2 year statue was up this past October, October 5th to be exact. Well I received and email on Friday October 4th at 11:30 pm stating to send a check for $256 to cover the filing fees for my case. I responded saying I thought my attorney handled the filing and since it if Friday at almost midnight on the day before the statue runs out that I doubt the check would get there in time considering it is now the weekend and no court is open. Needless to say, now a month later, I have yet to get a response. So yes he procrastinated to the point where I lost due to him forgetting the date even though I called numerous times in September to remind him time was almost up. I can forward anyone all these said emails to prove this is not a smoke screen. This attorney and maybe the entire firm is less than professional in appearance and work ethic. Choose another attorney."
