"I had a great experience and would highly recommend Guested! I love that I was able to communicate directly with the owner, Toni. She was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Guested provided a turn key project for my new rental home in Pensacola, from design to installation. All I had to do was send in a floor plan, and they took care of everything. The client portal is user friendly and I could see the status of the project at all times. When I arrived at the house, everything was perfect! The kitchen was organized, beds were made, artwork hung, and the tv was mounted. I can’t thank Toni and Guested enough for making this process easy and hassle-free!"

"I loved working with Guested. There are so many things that can go wrong in home projects, and with them it was smooth sailing the whole time and I could not have been more appreciative. Guested set the timeline up from the get-go and gave me a rough draft early on with the caveat that there is a warehouse close enough for the project to go forward. Luckily for me there was, and from then on it was a bit more rapid than I assumed, although not so soon that they were delivering too early. There is a component to timeliness that is up to the client - how quickly do you get a floorplan back, how quickly do you pay invoices, etc. - but on Guested's end I never had to wait after delivering my part, they got to work right away. The design process was collaborative and easy, and Guested really brought my place to life with their selections without being intrusive, and I was allowed a say in every piece that made it into my home. I have 3 bedrooms and Guested made each of them feel unique and I think that boils down to their creativity and eye for design. I love the look of my house and I have them to thank. In terms of quality, all the furnishings are made with excellent material and sturdy design, nothing wobbles, and should last a good long time. I feel I absolutely got what I paid for. Communication was rapid throughout – I was never waiting too long for a question to get a response. There are also times where Guested will update you project timeline, status of orders, etc. and having that near constant feedback is great. I never felt out of the loop or in the dark once during my project. Overall, I can't recommend them enough, I loved my experience with Guested because they were punctual, honest, and just overall easy. Also, very friendly! If you’re looking to furnish a guest home, this is who you should use."

"Wow! Likely the best decision that we've made in setting up a short term rental property. We needed to quickly furnish a cabin in NC before the fall high-season. The Guested team put together a design and sourced items all within a matter of a couple weeks!! They then warehoused and installed the furniture for a true "turn-key" experience. They took care of wall art, sconces, and everything else. All you had to do is sit back relax, and they took care of everything else. Very reasonably priced for the value they provide. Worth every penny!!!"
