"Seems like they pick and choose whose money they want to take. My husband rented a piece of equipment which was beat up when he got it. They pulled pictures from July when my husband rented it in December and charged him $1200 for it. Then proceeded to run the payment without authorization. What a joke! I can see why they only want cards when renting from them and not cash."

"Had recently rented a leaf vacuum and even though it wasn’t the best thing for me ,I think it’s was my son’s yard and the first time doing leaf cleaning and it was way to much . But you need a trailer or ? To keep dumping the bag into so I Brought back and it was a 1/2 of day I think by the time I got done blowing around the house and started to vacuum . The customer service was excellent from the guys in the yard to the counter they gave ma a full refund so even though I was extra do 1/2 day versus a full . Will definitely rent other things in the future"
