"Do not use or trust Maria Jacobs. Very unethical realtor. I was told my offer was accepted on a house that was her listing and I booked a non-refundable $1,000 flight to see on the home next day. Then hours later accepted another offer and cost me $1,000. She used me and my offer. Disgusting. I would have expected more from a NC person. What goes around comes around. In response to your response, I signed and sent the paperwork and my realtor was told by Maria that I had 24 hours and to book, my plane ticket. I had till 5pm of the following day to be precise. Then four hours my realtor told me the seller excepted another offer. I am out the $1000 for the plane ticket. I wasn’t even given any chance to counter. That’s just wrong."
