"My wife just went there and was greeted by the most rude individual. She was there to purchase a chair that she liked, and the employee said by appointment only. My wife responded that there is an open sign lit up and door unlocked, and I cant just walk in and make a purchase? Then the employee basically walked away and ignored her. Shame on you....we want be back there and will not refer anyone there."

"After shopping at several furniture stores, this was my last stop. The owners were very nice and helpful and knowing what prices were at the other stores, they definitely offered better prices. I found a great couch/loveseat combo and they were able to deliver the next day. Delivery was exceptional! Very happy with my purchase and will shop here first next time!"

"The nice couple at the store did all they could to sell us a new couch and love seat. That being said the furniture that we bought there on 7/16/2022 is already falling apart!! Barely a year old and we are rarely at home to use it. Even when we are at home we don't often sit in there. The manufacturer has gone out of business so I am told we have no recourse there. We bought a separate protection plan which does not cover any of the defects we are having because it is the manufacturing of the product that is an issue. I have reached out to the store, the only help that can be offered to me is to pay a contractor to come and repair this junk out of my own pocket. I have paid 2,137.14 for this furniture for no one to stand behind the product or warranties that were offered to us at the time of the sale. I will never buy another piece of furniture from Lane or Box Drop or another warranty of any kind from guardsman for as long as I live!!! I suggest no one buy anything from any of these companies themselves. Unless you just like throwing your money down the toilet!!! No customer service!!! No help with any of it!!!! Beyond AWFUL!!!!"

"This place is amazing! They have all kinds of great quality mattress for whatever suits your need. Their mattresses are way less expensive than your regular corporate mattress stores (same quality or even better). The two vendors were very polite,knowledgeable, and helpful. Also, They have a great payment plan. I definitely recommend checking out this place before buying a overly priced mattress at your regular corporate stores."
