"I ordered a product online recently from one of the sellers in this place, Boho Boutique, and was having trouble locating the package with the post office. I contacted the owner who got ugly with me accusing me of trying to scam a small business. I read their return policy BEFORE I ordered, and I was completely aware of the fact that they don’t do returns on paint, which is completely normal when buying paint at most stores. I did not ask for a refund as I desperately needed the hard to find paint color, to complete a furniture project that was dragging on. I was just confused as to why she would act like that when any online seller, including chinese drop-ship companies/ 3rd party sellers (notoriously bad customer service), know that packages disappearing en route happens all the time and is the cost of doing business. Of course when I tried to leave a review she had canceled the order (per customer support hotline). I was like lady, I’m not trying to scam you, but ma’am, you might need some Jesus. Who knows?.. maybe she’s going thru menopause or something, it really does make women real mean. It’s a little concerning how much meaner people are getting since covid. I’m not one to start a fight, but definitely the one that ends them. Watch out when your ordering anything online from that woman, she’s a snake in the grass."
