"Great store, good products, well organized and most importantly, helpful and friendly associates. The young man who helped me knew exactly what I was trying to find and even told me about new office chairs coming in. He was great. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but not at Staples in Wake Forest."

"Note: Office Depot will do the same job for $2.50. Staples wanted nearly $25 for one cut of 500 pages of 3"x5" note paper - more than they charge to print double sided and cut the same number of business cards on a much thicker paper. I will avoid them from now on. I used to work in a print shop and I know this could have all been done in one cut. Wish they had competition in this area immediate area so I wouldn't have to drive to Office Depot."

"One of the ultimate worst locations!!!!!!!! The customer service lacks all year round ONLY at this staples, not just around the holidays. I don’t care what the staples guy Luke or whatever his name was said to us today.. Every single time I try to space out my visits here to give it another try hoping for a different experience... It never is any better. This’ll be my last time coming here. The problem with that is that this location is the closest for me to visit. I don’t even mind the extra drive to others anymore… For the experience problem: My family and I went here this evening they treated us like pure trash. We didn’t do anything wrong, we waited a few minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We then said something to them, they gave a bland response instead of saying “we’ll be right with you.” Someone from the back of the store in another department came to help because he saw the line behind us starting to form. Shaking my head.. We asked him if he worked in this department to help us, he said “no..” We appreciated him for doing that for us. We then proceeded to ask about his coworkers in the front not batting an eye to acknowledge us at least, and he of course defended them as we expected him to. I’m writing this review to tell you to be careful shopping here or doing anything here in general. You might get superb customer service, or you may not. Goodbye retail drive staples you will not have to EVER worry about me again. Thanks for providing the worst customer service."

"I ordered business cards from this location. While the print quality itself was good, the cutting was not. I went back into my order to make sure my uploaded image was centered, and it is. Then why are all of my business cards off-center? If I wanted to cut the cards myself, I would've just made the business cards at home. A few of them even have a white border, only on one side, and I'm not sure why. My dark gray image extended past the borders. A business card represents a business. I won't be using this service again."
