"I keep going back to Mattress Firm because of their competitive prices and they make the process super easy. Mirza was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted, pointed me in the right direction, and didn't try to upsell things I didn't need. Delivery was two days later and I had a 2-hr time window the day before delivery. I also got a notification that they were 20 minutes away which was nice. The delivery men were very efficient. They were only there for about 10 minutes. Great experience with Mattress Firm once again."

"During our lunch break, we decided to browse for a new mattress for my son online. We quickly found the one we liked and added it to our virtual cart. As luck would have it, we spotted a nearby Mattress Firm store while having lunch. We decided to stop by, and the staff warmly welcomed us. Unfortunately, the mattress we wanted wasn't available at the Falls location, which was disappointing. However, they informed us that they had it in stock at their N. Hills store. To our surprise, when we proceeded to checkout, we noticed a price difference, but they promptly matched the online price. They even suggested a discontinued frame at a minimal cost. In the end, we picked up our mattress from the N. Hills location and received the same outstanding customer service as we did at Falls. We highly recommend both stores.
