"This firm (Mr Long) was tasked with helping us receive a much needed single wide trailer title from the DMV. We were told it would be 2 weeks but after nearly 2 months we still had not received the title we desperately needed. I called them a number of times during the waiting period and they reported the delays were due to the DMV. Blake stopped returning my calls at some point so I had to use my wife’s name to get him to answer the phone. Come to find out, the title had been sitting in their office for over a month while they repeatedly told me otherwise. Once the mistake was discovered, they contacted our real estate agent to relay the info to us rather than call us directly. We never received a call or apology from them for dropping the ball in such an avoidable way. I imagine this job wasn’t a high dollar task for them and therefore it received very little attention from the firm. We fell through the cracks at Barnwell and Long big time. I’d suggest working with another firm for anything “high stakes” after seeing how much they struggle to receive and document their own mail. The term Amateur Hour sums it up best."
