"Worst Hotel accommodations I have ever had. 1) NO SHAMPOO or conditioner 2) Coffee maker supplied but NO COFFEE, NO Coffee Filters, NO Mug, NO Paper coffee cup (they did have a stack of those plastic water cups that would melt if you poured coffee into them). 3) NO housekeeping for 4 day stay, except for towel exchange after 2 days. 4) Musty smelling room. (there were fans blowing on the first floor so apparently they had a flood earlier in the week) 5) Aluminum foil over the pipes under the sink - I suppose to prevent the floor from getting wet. 5) Vanity was OUTSIDE of the bathroom. The bathroom had no outlet and you could not put on the bathroom light without lighting the entire room (Not good for using the toilet while others were sleeping. 6) The switch on the wall when you entered the room controlled the vanity lights, bathroom light, bathroom fan, AND THE FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR (which was next to the bed). We turned that switch off on the first night and it SHUT OFF EVERTHING. The next morning, the stuff in our fridge was warm! 7) Pasty carpet felt like walking on dirt. 8) AC cover was broken. 9) They provide about 10 parking spots "FOR HOTEL MANAGEMENT" in front of the hotel, and told the guests to park across the road. 10) TV was small and slow to work. Channels had those HD stations (2.1, 2.2, 2.3, etc) so it took forever to channel hop. Couldn't find regular national stations like CBS, NBC, ABC, THE Weather Channel. On the somewhat bright side - They did have a restaurant downstairs that charged $3.65 for a cup of coffee and $10 for breakfast every morning. That added $25-$30 per couple per day. The workers were pleasant and there were no bugs. HOWEVER, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"9/22/23-9/30/23. Sign in elevator said when doing a review wright the room you stayed in as each unit is independently owned. We stayed 1203, 12th floor building 2 facing the ocean. Ocean Guru was the management person in charge of room. The room was clean except for the carpet in the living room and the sofa. On airbandb under reviews someone mention in July that the carpet was dirty as well as sofa. When I message the "Ocean Guru" he said he would send housekeeping to clean it. I said to him we didn't want to walk on wet carpeting and it could have been cleaned earlier in the week when no one was in the unit. I covered the sofa with a sheet. The location is great. What I learned from staying in numerous airbnbs is that the ones that are managed by rental companies are not as nice as the ones rented directly by the people that own them. It seems like those people care a lot more about their property. The parking garage only goes up to the sixth floor in building 2. Room has a small coffee pot, 3 pans, 3 pots silverware for 4. 3 glasses, 4 cups plates & bowels. There is a lazy river, small pool & hot tub in building 2 & small pool outside. Close to restaurants and shopping."

"The room could have been cleaner. Double pillow cases on pillows? Don't they take used pillow case off? Staff was very nice when we checked in, but the staff (the man and lady at the front desk) that was working the front desk when we checked out was "over the top" nice. Actually it's because of these 2 people that we will return. I don't know their names but we checked out on Saturday the 16th. They were very pleasant."

"The room is kind of shabby but clean. The sofa needs replaced. The room needs painted. The guy who checked us in wasn't friendly. But there is a lot I liked about it. It's designed well with a parking space on the same floor we're staying. It's right on the beach. There are 4 swimming pools although one is sandy and needs cleaned more often. The balconies are so nice and private. There is even a café on site but it closes at 2pm. The condo is laid out very nice"
