"We had a great salesperson, that’s where it ended. I would not recommend Nest Decor. We bought a large amount of furniture for our new home, however, we ordered one sofa in September and it never came 12 weeks later. This was shocking to me, as I checked in at the store three times… I was told it was coming. The first weekend of January 2024, I went into the store at Crabtree Valley Mall to find the sofa never was ordered. Instead of fixing their issue, they simply stated they could put our order in, but we would have t wait another 12 weeks. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again. Yes, I got my money back, but that’s not the point. Shame on the lack of accountability and the lack of trying to make something right for the consumer."
"Where in the world is this place. Was I tracked via technology or by imagination? I didn't go here. Again, where is this place? Oh, mayi stopped in finding I couldn't afford anything."
"Ordered over $4000 worth of items from the store. They informed me that the order will be shipped in 6 weeks. I never received my shipment. After 18 weeks of nothing shipped, I had to call my bank to cancel the order."
"We had a very negative experience with Nest Decor. We ordered a couch and was told to expect it to come in in roughly 6 weeks. After 6 weeks we came to the store to pick up the couch only to find they had made it with the wrong fabric. They were apologetic and said they would work with the manufacturer to get it fixed and try and get the new one expedited. We called and emailed store management multiple times trying to nail down an accurate delivery date for the couch but got nothing from Nest. Promises of updates from store management were not kept. Trying to get ahold of management was difficult, and trying to get a new delivery date was impossible. The new couch finally came in after another 8 weeks. For all this trouble we received a $200 in store credit that could not be used towards this couch. The whole process took about 14 weeks. This situation would not have been nearly as bad had store management communicated what was happening. We will not be returning to buy anything else from Nest."
