"We rented a vacation beach house through VDBY. Although the location of the house was excellent, e.g., a few blocks off the beach and near a main artery with plenty of shops and restaurants, the house was old, outdated and not well maintained. The pictures were quite misleading and we had several issues, e.g., the hot tub was not functioning properly for two of the five full days we were there. And although one of the women, Judy, from VDBY was very responsive and nice, I felt we should have received some type of reimbursement for all of the inconveniences. All in all, the house was WAY overpriced for what we got and I would not rent from VDBY again nor would I recommend them. Update: I reviewed the property on the VDBY website and they are not posting my review. Very disingenuous."
