"I'm reviewing unit 201 in building 4647. We rented this unit for two weeks. This unit is one of the most poorly maintained condos we've ever stayed in. It had an overall shabby appearance. The windows were fogged with condensation. The sliding glass door had a 1/2" gap at the top. The floor tiles were cracked due to the poor condition of the subfloor. The toilet in the master bath rocked on its base. The lights on both bathrooms flickered and weren't at full brightness. The TVs were the smallest, most basic available. We complained to the facilities maintenance people but they couldn't have cared less. This is not a place I will choose to stay again."

"The rooms were nice and very clean. The area was very quiet which was a nice surprise with the number of rooms nearby. The service wasn't bad but could improve in my opinion. The room information is provided in an envelope and kept in a box outside of the office, which closes at 5pm. This normally wouldn't be an issue but we arrived after 5pm after a long drive and our envelope was not in the box so we had to call the provided number. Once we had our envelope and found our room we were not able to get in because the code provided on the envelope was incorrect so we had to call the provided number again. This was frustrating and disappointing because we were looking forward to relaxing after the drive. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again but unfortunately we did have trouble checking in."

"Rooms were not ready when we got there on Sept 3, 2023. We got there by 1:30 pm and they were a very nasty young girl and a very rude guy working at the room desk They were not very helpful. They down graded own rooms without an explanation. They do not provide anything in the rooms. Phone was not working in the room, bed very uncomfortable. I can go on and on and never finish. Lousy place. We paid for breakfast and just got a nasty sandwich every morning. Everyone in the group do not recommend this place."

"BUILDING 4865 ROOM 204!!!Matthew is an jerk!! This place is THE WORST!! The place is dirty with roaches! We could not check in until 6:30 p.m. we arrived at 3:30. We sat in the hot parking lot because the rooms were not ready for us to check in. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They only want to take your money and have very poor communication skills. I have several pictures and recorded phone calls to support these statements. The refrigerator leaked water onto the floor the entire time we were there. The TVs did not function properly for three of the five days that we were there. The representatives on site are the absolute worst people on the planet. They do not care about the customers. They only want to take your money and let you fend for yourself. All of the beds felt like you were sleeping on a hard piece of wood. The beds are the most uncomfortable ever. The sheets were stained and the staff in the office became frustrated that we asked to have clean sheets. They told us to wash the sheets because this is not a hotel. The sheets were dirty on day one but they wanted us to wash the sheets before we could even get in the bed. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! They delete all of the negative comments from their website when you make a review directly on the website. This was supposed to be a great birthday celebration for 5 days and it's absolutely put a huge blemish on our celebration. Do not stay here they are 100% the worst!!!"

"Im starting off this review with the quality of each room. When we arrived and entered the kitchen/dining area, it was very clean and well organized. The room has all of the basic essentials a kitchen/dining area should have. Moving onto the living room it was also very clean and well put together along with the TV remote in an easy to find location. Next is the king bedroom. Upon first entry, you're greeted with a nice open view window, a door to the balcony, and a private bathroom. The bathroom in the king bedroom had very low water pressure, but besides from that again, clean bathroom all the essentials a bathroom should have. Lastly, the queen bedroom. The queen bedroom has a nice theme and window view along with another bathroom. This bathroom was definitely the better of the two bathrooms as it had much better water pressure and also had all the basic essentials of a bathroom ready to go. Secondly, the service was very professional and kind. I had all of my questions answered within minutes and a detailed list of all the information I needed before I arrived. Lastly, the location of Myrtlewood is overall very good, not too far from the beach, not very far from places to eat, grocery stores, etc."
