Prista Private Vacation Rentals

"What a wonderful and relaxing vacation condo on the 20th floor at the Maisons-Sur-Mer in North Myrtle Beach. My husband and brother and his wife stayed here in August and I'm looking forward to returning. The ocean was breathtaking and so was the sunrise from this condo. The management company Prista Vacations took very good care of our reservations and I want to thank Tina W. for making it all happen. The whole trip was fantastic!!"

"We have rented from Prista for several years. The Margate property is first class and all of the common areas are very well maintained. The individual units may not be as well maintained. We rented unit 1606 with two king suites. The furniture is the same as when we first rented this unit five years ago and is very worn and uncomfortable. We were provided with a total of six towels for four adults for four nights. The ice maker was broken and has been for the last two seasons. There were two champagne flutes and this was the same last year. One dining chair had a broken leg. And we could not get the second master suite to cool down. Hopefully someone will address these issues. When we pay this level of rental rates, we expect more and we were sorely disappointed."

"Amazing 4 bedroom condo with 3 bath. The unit we had could sleep 14 maybe even 20 people although it was just 6 of us. This condo had so much room with plenty of kitchen ware for cooking meals, laundry room, and adequate dining space for all of us to sit and eat. And let's not forget you can see the beach right in the backyard. There's a walking path right behind the building that leads you directly on the beach. Perfect location for vacationing."

"My husband and I just returned from a delightful weeklong stay at the Margate Towers in the Kingston Plantation. The 3 bedroom, 27th floor condo was elegantly appointed, clean and comfortable for the 7 of us. It offered gorgeous views of the beach, ocean and 2 pools + hot tub/spa from the comfortable balcony and duel master bedrooms. The elegant bath rooms were spa like and beautifully appointed. During our stay we meet up with other family members (staying in 2 other equally nice condo's) to visit, shop, and share some meals. The kitchens were fully equipped for any meal and/or party. It felt like you were staying in a lovely private home (we actually were as each condo is privately owned). I would highly recommend this vacation experience to anyone. It was a fantastic first time experience in Myrtle Beach, SC for our family and hope to do it again!"

"My family decided to all meet up in Myrtle Beach for Thanksgiving and we had heard great things about Prista from friends. We were so pleased! The accommodations were clean, modern, and spacious and they took care of everything. Even booked our dinners out so we didn't have to worry. We will definitely use them again."
