"I had the pleasure of staying at myrtle beach tours last month and was blown away by their professional service. While I was truly just expecting another vacation company, I received great customer service and care. On my way over to myrtle I made some poor packing decisions and had forgot some key items at home, I quickly had someone ship it to me from home and spoke to myrtle beach tours about a solution for shipping. Although my package came in late, Sherry still managed to get my package from the PO box and came with me even on a Saturday afternoon! But their excellence in customer service does not end there. I also left an article of clothing behind when I was leaving our stay at the Ocean Side Beach Club and was devastated. I quickly called Myrtle Beach tours and they were able to retrieve and ship it out to me in California free of charge. This is no run of the mill vacation gimmick -- these guys mean what they advertise and are kind beyond expectations. I hope to have the joy of staying with Myrtle Beach Tours again."
