"I highly recommend Mark Pienkowski for his exceptional knowledge, unwavering support, patience, respect, and strong moral character. His expertise was invaluable in securing a favorable permanent parenting plan order. I live outside of the state of Tennessee, and I needed to find a lawyer to represent me in Tennessee. I am stoked that I found Mark. He offered great insight throughout the process of mediation. Great guy and even better lawyer!"
"Mr. Pienkowski exhibited an exceptional depth of expertise concerning the intricacies of the mediation process. His unwavering accessibility for addressing inquiries, coupled with his commendable punctuality in facilitating document submissions, were noteworthy aspects of his professional conduct. Notably, his humane and client-centric approach to the matter at hand underscored his commitment to both the situation and my needs as a client."
"We hired Mark and found him to be a knowledgeable, compassionate listener. We were especially grateful that he worked seamlessly with several other attorneys involved in the case. When I expressed frustration about reaching him in a timely manner, he put me on his calendar for a weekly phone call to update me as needed. His fees were in line with other attorneys’ fees, and the parameters of our contract were clear."
"This was by far my worst experience with any attorney. I called and explained what I needed him to work on for me and we agreed and I paid the retainer the same day. Over a YEAR later and nothing done on my situation (a name change for my child on his birth certificate) I finally get ahold of him today and he agrees to mail me a check for my retainer fee. The times between communication would be months. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt after the first six months went by assuming life happens and people get busy. When I reached out to him in April of this year he sent me paperwork finally asking for the basic information on my case. Fast forward to today I’m finally able to reach him and he says “yes I see we haven’t done anything with your case I can get that retainer back to you” Beyond unprofessional. I’m at least thankful I will get my retainer back. I’ll update if the check actually comes in the mail. Edited to add- I received an apology and my full retainer back."
"Mark provide me with fantastic service. He was very professional all the time but made sure I understood the details of the work taking place. His fees were very reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the experience."
