"This is undoubtedly one of the worst title companies I have had the displeasure to deal with in the numerous closings I have accomplished. When closing document was presented, it failed to list items I had highlighted two weeks prior. When I attempted to contact the closing representative, all I got was voicemail, for which my request for a return call was not made. All they wanted to do is to communicate via a secure website they utilize for which I wasn't always able to use the internet to access. When I finally got in touch with the representative, I was told the errors on the closing documents were not their responsibility! All I got in response to my almost walking away from signing the closing documents is the the errors weren't their fault!! When you Google the title company, the picture displayed is any empty lot. The address on my forms I received listed a Chattanooga, TN address. Therefore, my realtor could not go to the Title Company's office to address concerns. If you must use this firm, I would suggest you check the documents closely and don't be surprised if you have trouble communicating. I will not allow any future closings to utilize this title company as a condition of my sale/purchase."
