"Never use this law firm! Its all about money to them! They charge for anything and everything they can! Poor communication, I wasnt kept updated on my case, when my court date came up, they changed attorneys without my knowledge. I chased the “replacement” down the street to find out who he was and what was going on.Last attorney I was assigned, did not check on my paperwork from mediation causing me a trip to hickory when paperwork had already been signed by me. Pathetic firm!"

Communication was sub par for a professional service They charged me for inter firm communication as well with phonecalls for setting up contract signing between the lawyer and the notary Communication with me was sub par, and was charged essentially per message sent through their secure portal while trying to firm up details and make sure everything was completed in the needed time frame. They ate through the entire retainer I gave and then some, there was billing discrepancies sent as updated throughout the process to the final itemized bill given with rates for service and charges Overall I would more than likely not use this firm again."
