"Damon Wooten should be at the top of your list when you need representation. He handled my legal issues quickly and professionally."
"Damon Wooten is a fabulous attorney who I thoroughly recommend. He is conscientious and thorough in his work. He kept me informed through the process and was super easy to talk with."
"Just as in a lot of things, some people are better than others at what they do. Some people have pride in what they do. Some people have ethics. Some even have a conscience. Some of the best investments in life are those we invest in people…but then there’s those that have invested in Damon. Unfortunately lack of pride, “toss of the coin” ethics, and lack of consciousness are a few of the things that describe Damon Wooten. At best he could be one of the worst court appointed attorneys a person could get. Unfortunately myself and quite a growing population in this world have given out of their pockets for this guy to provide legal service that honestly he’s just not capable of producing. I truly hope you grow in life and do amazing things in the future. My experience is my experience.. however everyone can change and aspire to do great things."
"My experience was with Damon Wooten. I'm not going to go into detail. Long story short, he had a professional business relationship with the opposing parties private investigator. In court during a recess when he noticed my wife with the private investigator Kim Litton, he got noticeably uncomfortable. Continue to tell me that it would not interfere or be a problem with my case. He then proceeded to charge me another $3,600 and quit on me a week before court. The moment he found out that the opposing party had somebody involved that he has a business relationship with, he should have quit immediately and given me my money back. I think the problem was that he was going on a vacation out of the country and needed the money. He never got the 3600 but he did take us for 2500.00. And not even me personally my poor grandmother who was trying to help me out. Needless to say I haven't seen my daughter in over a year now because of this. He did not want to present any of my evidence and he didn't even ask my wife not 1 question when she was on the stand. I was blown away considering how many violations of court orders she had. Also calling me during orders of protection and nobody did anything about it. I would never recommend Damon Wooten for anybody and I certainly hope his days of practicing law are short-lived. He doesn't have what it takes to be a lawyer. He scares too easily."
"Damon Wooten represented me in a difficult divorce situation and he was very professional and responsive. I highly recommend using him. You never get everything you want in a divorce but he never lost track of what I thought were the most important things. He worked hard to keep the legal charges within reason as well as my best interest. I hope to never need an attorney again but if I do he is my choice."
