"Highly do not recommend. My husband hired Kevin for a high conflict divorce/custody battle and we were failed on all accounts. As many reviews echo, the other Blount County attorneys come much more prepared. I personally feel that Kevin decides what cases will be an easy "win" vs. which ones are more complicated and better to drag out for the $. He didn't take the time to get to know the case and therefore didn't properly represent my husband. It's been five years and my husband still hasn't seen his kids. We are still in the litigation process (with a new attorney). Nothing accomplished, MUCH damaged."
