"Was instructed to pull ahead and wait. Waited 15 minutes to get a quesadilla that was burnt to a crisp. Chicken power bowl had a hard ball of burnt black beans that looked 2 weeks old rice wasn't cooked."

"I ordered take out from the drive thru, tacos were placed in bag upside down….which I thought was dumb….but I can deal with that but when I open my taco up it barley had any meat smh"

"Went right before they closed so there menu was limited. They made me 2 beans,cheese amd rice taco things. Food was fresh and hot and did not wait long for it to be ready. The workers was nice and no attitude and i got plenty of sauce thank you!"

"They park every car to save time of their time clock. Never have food ready and you are always waiting 15+ minutes for food. After they bring you the food , stuff is missing or food is made wrong. y’all can cheat the system all you want but doesn’t make up for how terrible this tacobell is run by management. Everyone is always standing around talking and when they finally take out orders they take everyone’s at once so everyone’s food is just getting cold while they wait for the other cars food to be ready cause they don’t want to make multiple trips. You don’t want to make multiple trips so how about making sure the food is ready and doing your job for once"

"Could not find this taco bell/KFC in the app to place an online order. Could not order online exclusive items. Service and food were good and the place was clean. It could be a plus having 2 restaurants in 1 for variety of people in your group have different tastes"
